1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VALORA GLOBAL LLC ("VALORA GLOBAL LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer of ChullChat. By creating an account, tapping to accept, purchasing anything, or using ChullChat and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. Additional terms shown for a specific feature, offer, or purchase become part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You may use ChullChat only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live.
- You have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are not prohibited by law from using the Service.
- You provide accurate information, including your age, and do not impersonate another person or entity.
- You have not previously been removed from the Service unless we expressly authorize your return.
- Your use complies with applicable laws, sanctions, and these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting your device and credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, transfer, or create an account for another person. We may request age, identity, photo, or other verification where appropriate and lawful.
No minors: If you are under 18, stop using ChullChat. Misrepresenting your age may result in immediate suspension or termination.
3. The Service and Personal Safety
ChullChat may offer social discovery, recommendations, matching, profiles, messaging, live audio and video, follows, rankings, gifts, virtual items, subscriptions, and related features. Features may vary by device, account, location, or version and may change over time.
We do not conduct a criminal-background or identity check on every user and do not guarantee that profile statements are accurate. Use judgment when interacting with others. Do not send money or financial credentials to another user. If you choose to meet someone offline, tell a trusted person, meet in a public place, control your own transportation, and contact local emergency services if you are in danger.
4. Community Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You must treat others respectfully and use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not create, upload, transmit, request, promote, or engage in:
- Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual solicitation, or sexual services.
- Any child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of a minor, or content depicting or implying sexual conduct involving anyone under 18.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, blackmail, coercion, doxxing, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement of violence.
- Graphic violence, terrorism or violent extremism, encouragement of suicide or self-harm, dangerous challenges, or credible threats.
- Human trafficking, prostitution, illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, money laundering, gambling, or any other illegal goods, services, or conduct.
- Fraud, romance or investment scams, impersonation, deceptive fundraising, spam, unauthorized advertising, or manipulation of purchases, rankings, rewards, or engagement.
- Content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Malware, harmful code, credential collection, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to compromise the Service or another user.
- Scraping, bots, automated access, reverse engineering, circumventing security or age controls, interfering with moderation, or creating a new account to evade enforcement.
- False, malicious, or abusive reports or any other misuse of reporting, blocking, support, chargeback, or appeals systems.
You may not record or distribute another person's private audio, video, messages, or personal information without all legally required consent.
5. Child Safety and Zero Tolerance for CSAE
VALORA GLOBAL LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), including real, manipulated, computer-generated, or AI-generated material. These prohibitions apply even if content is intended as a joke, fantasy, artistic expression, or re-share.
We may immediately remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report matters to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), regional reporting bodies, or law enforcement when required or appropriate.
Use the in-app report controls and email support@valorainc.com to report underage use or suspected CSAE. Do not forward suspected CSAM by email. Full procedures are in our Child Safety Standards.
6. User Content and License
"User Content" includes profile information, text, images, audio, video, messages, feedback, and anything else you submit through the Service. You retain the rights you have in your User Content and are solely responsible for it. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to submit it and that it complies with these Terms.
To operate the Service, you grant VALORA GLOBAL LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (only to our service providers), and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, format, adapt for technical purposes, and otherwise process your User Content solely to provide, secure, moderate, and improve the Service and as you direct through Service features.
This license lasts while your content is on the Service and for a reasonable technical period afterward. It may continue for content retained in backups, shared with other users, or preserved for safety, dispute, enforcement, or legal purposes. We will handle deletion requests as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use non-confidential feedback and suggestions without obligation to compensate you.
7. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement
We may use user reports, trained reviewers, automated systems, service signals, and lawful third-party information to review accounts, User Content, and conduct for safety, fraud prevention, and compliance. We do not undertake to monitor every interaction, and moderation tools may make mistakes.
Depending on severity and history, we may warn a user; remove or limit content; restrict messaging, calls, purchases, visibility, or other features; withhold fraudulently obtained virtual items; suspend or terminate an account; prevent new accounts; preserve evidence; notify affected users; or report to authorities. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent termination.
You can report or block a user from their profile, chat, or available action menu. To appeal an enforcement decision, email support@valorainc.com with your account ID, the decision, and relevant context. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
8. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items
- Purchases made on Android are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms and payment policies.
- Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and included benefits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through Google Play, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling the app or deleting your ChullChat account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
- Coins, credits, gifts, rewards, levels, and similar digital items are limited, personal, revocable licenses. They are not money, property, stored value, or legal tender; have no cash value; and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside authorized Service features.
- Virtual items may expire or be modified where disclosed or permitted by law. We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. Except where the law requires otherwise, completed delivery of digital content or consumed virtual items is final.
Spend carefully: Never purchase or send virtual items because another user pressures, threatens, or promises off-platform compensation. Report suspected scams immediately.
9. Our Intellectual Property and Limited License
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, sounds, and VALORA GLOBAL LLC-provided content, is owned by or licensed to VALORA GLOBAL LLC and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, VALORA GLOBAL LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use ChullChat for its intended, non-commercial purpose.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated. You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the Service unless law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or link to third-party services such as Google Play, sign-in providers, payment processors, communications providers, or web pages. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. VALORA GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for third-party content or services, but nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Account Termination and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through in-app Account Settings or request deletion using the process in our Privacy Policy. You should cancel active Google Play subscriptions first.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in fraud or abuse, or when required by law. We may also discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning User Content already shared or lawfully retained, virtual items, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and general terms.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALORA GLOBAL LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free Service; any match, connection, or result; the identity or conduct of users; or preservation of all content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALORA GLOBAL LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from the Service or another user's conduct.
Where liability cannot be excluded, VALORA GLOBAL LLC's total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid VALORA GLOBAL LLC through the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100, unless applicable law requires a different amount or remedy.
13. General Terms
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that validly apply to your relationship with VALORA GLOBAL LLC, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. Any dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you and VALORA GLOBAL LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it by contacting the other party, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that impractical.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect Service, legal, safety, or business changes. We will post the updated Terms with a new date and provide additional notice where required. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
Other provisions
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; VALORA GLOBAL LLC may assign them as part of a reorganization or business transfer, subject to applicable law. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement about the Service.
