1. Commitment and Scope
VALORA GLOBAL LLC, the developer of ChullChat, is committed to preventing its Service from being used to sexually abuse, exploit, or endanger children. These standards apply to all accounts, profiles, messages, images, videos, audio, live calls, gifts, links, and other activity on or facilitated through ChullChat.
Zero-tolerance statement: ChullChat strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Confirmed violations result in removal and account enforcement and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. What CSAE and CSAM Mean
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes content or behavior that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a person under 18. It includes online and offline conduct facilitated through the Service.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including photos, video, live video, drawings, animation, manipulated media, computer-generated imagery, and AI-generated content. A claim that content is fictional, self-generated, consensual, or created by AI does not make it acceptable.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Content
Users must never use ChullChat to create, upload, possess, request, distribute, advertise, link to, normalize, or facilitate:
- CSAM or sexualized imagery, audio, text, role-play, or live streams involving or appearing to involve a minor.
- Grooming, meaning building trust with a child to facilitate sexual abuse, sexual contact, exploitation, or the exchange of sexual content.
- Sextortion, blackmail, threats, or coercion involving real or alleged intimate content of a minor.
- Child sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, solicitation, advertising, payment, gifts, or arrangements involving a minor.
- Sexual comments about minors, instructions for abusing or exploiting children, or attempts to move an interaction with a suspected minor to another service.
- Content that identifies, exposes, humiliates, or further victimizes a child survivor.
- Attempts to evade detection, including coded language, hidden links, file obfuscation, ban evasion, or directing others to prohibited material.
- Any sexual interaction where a participant's age is uncertain. Users must stop the interaction and report the account if they suspect a person is under 18.
Users also may not place an unaccompanied minor's likeness on an adult profile or share a minor's image without all necessary rights and guardian consent. Non-sexual family content may still be removed when it creates a safety or privacy risk.
4. Adults-Only Rule and Age Enforcement
ChullChat is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Service. Users must provide truthful age information and may not create or manage an account for a minor.
VALORA GLOBAL LLC may use account information, reports, behavioral signals, and age or identity verification methods to investigate suspected underage use. We may restrict an account during review and remove it if we reasonably determine the user is under 18 or has misrepresented their age. We may retain limited records to prevent repeat registration, meet legal duties, or protect users.

6. Our Response and Enforcement
When VALORA GLOBAL LLC receives actual knowledge or a credible report of possible CSAE or CSAM, we will take action appropriate to the risk and applicable law. Actions may include:
- Prioritizing and reviewing the report using trained personnel and appropriate safety procedures.
- Restricting access to reported material or accounts while a review is pending.
- Removing CSAM and other prohibited content as promptly as reasonably possible.
- Suspending or permanently terminating responsible accounts and preventing ban evasion.
- Preserving relevant account, content, and technical records when permitted or required for reporting, investigation, or legal compliance.
- Reporting apparent CSAM or child exploitation to NCMEC, a relevant regional authority, and/or law enforcement when required or appropriate.
- Cooperating with valid legal requests and taking steps designed to reduce repeat harm.
We may act without prior notice when notice could create risk, enable evidence destruction, violate law, or compromise an investigation. Safety decisions may be based on the available evidence and do not require a criminal conviction.
7. Compliance With Child Safety Laws
VALORA GLOBAL LLC seeks to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Our processes are designed to support appropriate review, removal, preservation, escalation, and reporting of confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.
We may cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organizations in accordance with valid legal process, emergency disclosure rules, and applicable privacy law.
8. Handling Child Safety Reports
We limit access to child safety reports and related content to people and providers who need it for safety, moderation, legal, or technical purposes. We may retain report information for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce bans, preserve evidence, comply with law, and support investigations.
We generally do not disclose the identity of a reporting user to the reported user, except where required by law. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
